WHITE ELECTRICALLY-CONDUCTIVE COATING COMPOUND AND WHITE ELECTRICALLY-CONDUCTIVE FILM COMPRISING SAME

PURPOSE:The titled coating compound providing a white electrically-conductive film having an electrically-conductive layer applied to one side of a film having an electrically-conductive film on the other, obtained by blending a metallic oxide electrically-conductive material with white pigment, a binder resin and a solvent. CONSTITUTION:(A) A metallic oxide electrically-conductive material (preferably mica, titanium oxide, alumina, barium sulfate or alkali metal titanate whisker having surface treated with antimony tin oxide) is blended with (B) white pigment (preferably titanium oxide and/or zinc oxide), (C) a binder resin and (D) a solvent to give the aimed coating compound. This coating compound is applied to a surface layer of a film to give a while electrically-conductive layer and the back of the film is coated with an electrically-conductive layer having more improved electrical conductivity than that of the surface layer to give a white electrically-conductive film.
