PURPOSE:To enable continuous printing without stopping the operation of a line, by automatically converting a roller itself when printing content is altered. CONSTITUTION:When printing content is altered, a cylinder 22 is driven to revolve an index table 12 and the printing roller 31 of the next block 15 is opposed to a press roller 47. When the cylinder 22 is driven, a cylinder 54 is operated immediately before the driving of the cylinder 22 to retract a slider 53 so as to release the engaging state of said slider 53 with a knock pin 38. When the block 15 is stopped at a predetermined position, the cylinder 54 is again driven to allow the slider 53 to advance and a notch 58 is engaged with the knock pin 38 to position and fix the block 15. At the same time when the printing roller 31 moves to a predetermined position to be fixed by the slider 53, said printing roller 31 rotates in tuning relation to a rubber hose H by the pressing force of the press roller 47 and, therefore, the next printing is immediately performed.
