PURPOSE:To efficiently enable deaeration and to enable small sizing by means of a simple device by winding a flexible flow path pipe having gas permeability in a spiral plane shape at the prescribed interval and providing it to the inside of a tank wherein the inside is evacuated. CONSTITUTION:A flexible flow path pipe 19 wherein it is excellent in gas permeability and superior in chemical resistance and liquid to be deaerated is fluidized in the inside thereof is formed into a plate shape in a nearly spiral shape. In this case, the prescribed distance is kept in such an interval that the adjacent inner and outer peripheral pipes are not approached or brought into contact with each other. This flow path pipe 19 is provided to the inside of a deaerated tank wherein the inside is evacuated. The liquid to be deaerated in the flow path pipe 9 is efficiently subjected to deaerating action in the vacuum atmosphere of the inside of the deaerated tank 20. Further when the flow path pipe 19 is housed in the grooves of the wire gauzes 1a, 1b, the wall of the flow path pipe is preferably made thin. |
