PURPOSE:To make the thickness and area of wax constant by placing a plate on an electrode before coating the wax, providing a gap between the plate and the electrode while placing both ends of the plate onto a damping agent at both ends so as to impregnate the wax into the gap thereby spreading the wax uniformly between the plate and the electrode by the capillary phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:The electrodes 2, 3, 4 and 5 are covered by the plate 17. The plate 17 is made of a metal, connected to a terminal 7 connected to ground and conducted to an earth line. Then both ends of the plate 17 are placed on damping agents 11, 12, to form a gap of nearly 0.1-0.5mm in width among the plate 17 and the electrodes 2, 3, 4 and 5. After each electrode is covered by the plate 17 in such a way, the wax is impregnated to the gap between the plate 17 and the electrodes, the wax is spread over the entire face of the plate 17 by the capillary phenomenon to cover each electrode completely. In applying resin mold 13 by a conventional method, a cavity 18 shown in figure is provided among the plate 17 and the electrodes 2, 3, 4 and 5.
