PURPOSE:The titled resin having improved impact resistance, transparency and adhesivity, by grafting a maleic acid onto a copolymer containing a conjugated diene block and a vinyl aromatic compound block and a thermoplastic resin in the presence of a radical inhibitor. CONSTITUTION:(C) 0.05-20wt% based on components A and B of a maleic acid compound is grafted in the presence of a radical inhibitor of a maleic acid compound onto a block copolymer resin composition consisting of (A) 1-99pts.wt. block copolymer resin composition containing (i) a polymer block such as conjugated diene compound, etc., and (ii) a polymer block such as vinyl aromatic compound, etc., having a weight ratio of the component (ii) and the component (i) of 70/30-97/3 and (B) 99-1pts.wt. thermoplastic resin such as styrenic resin, polyolefinic resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyacrylate resin, polyamide resin, polyester resin, etc., to give the aimed resin composition.
