<p>PURPOSE:High-tenacity polyhexamethylene adipamide fibers, having a specific relative viscosity in formic acid, strength and tie molecular stability coefficient and a small change of strength in the vulcanization, and suitable for tire cords. CONSTITUTION:High-tenacity polyhexamethylene adipamide fibers having >=70, preferably 70-150, relative viscosity in formic acid, >=10g/denier strength, and <=0.20, preferably <=0.15, tie molecular stability, and consisting essentially of repeating units of the formula. Alternatively, 10wt% or less other amide-forming units may be added to the aimed fibers to modify the fibers. USE:Reinforcing tires with large amounts of yarns and numbers of lamination in construction vehicles, aircraft and trucks or buses.</p> |
