PURPOSE:To obtain a sealing material for preventing rust in automotive hemming parts, having improved operability without staining parts around a hemming press, by blending a powder coating materials with a composition containing an epoxy resin which is liquid at ordinary temperature and impregnating a woven or nonwoven fabric with the blend composition and providing a filmy material. CONSTITUTION:(A) A powder coating materials, e.g. recovered uncoated coating material, etc., is blended with (B) >=20pts.wt., based on 100pts.wt. component (A), composition consisting essentially of an epoxy resin which is liquid at ordinary temperature and a woven or nonwoven fabric is then impregnated with the resultant blend composition to give the form of a film and afford the aimed sealing material.
