The invention concerns a joint design 10 for elements which include a first connectable design element 11, a second connectable design element 12 and a joining structure that connects these. The first connectable design element 11 includes an edge part 13 that has a first edge flange 14 and a second edge flange 15 which is connected to it and a first flange part 17 is situated between the corresponding edge flanges 14, 15 for an intermediate disk part 16 in which the second flange part 18 of intermediate disk part 16 is arranged so that the finished joint is situated above the wall surface of the second connectable design element 12.
