PURPOSE:To remove ion impurities in a pseudo metallic oxide and to obtain the metallic oxide equiv. to the metallic oxide of an actual machine by capturing the metallic oxide by the impurity removing effect of a hollow yarn membrane filter and separating and recovering the metallic oxide in a back washing stage. CONSTITUTION:Pure water contg. the metallic oxide is passed from a tank 1 by operating a pump 2 to a circulation cleaning pipeline 8 having the tank 1, the pump 2, the hollow yarn membrane filter 4, an ion exchanger 5, a conductivity meter 7, etc., then the metallic oxide is captured by the filter 4 and the ion-component is removed by the device 5. The metallic oxide is thus cyclically cleaned. The circulation by the pump 2 is stopped and the cleaning is changed over to the back washing stage when the conductivity measured by the conductivity meter 7 attains the same conductivity as the conductivity of the aq. soln. of the oxide of the actual machine. A pump 10 is operated to pass the back washing water to a back washing pipeline 14 consisting of a back washing water tank 9, the pump 10, the filter 4, a storage tank 13, etc. The metallic oxide captured in the filter 4 is separated and is recovered into the tank 13. |
