PURPOSE:To send data between a center equipment and a terminal equipment by radio communication by applying common access communication conditions common to all slave stations when a master station accesses a master station and applying the individual data communication condition at each slave station when the master station sends data to each slave station. CONSTITUTION:When a slave station accesses the master station, the common access communication condition is applied to all the slave stations and when the master station sends data to each slave station, the individual data communication condition is applied at each slave station. Thus, the master station catches the single access communication condition to receive the access from all the slave stations. Further, the data communication condition is assigned at each slave station to send accurately the data to the destination and the confidentiality of data is kept in the radio communication.
