This component is of the type comprising a plate 3 extended, on one of its faces, by a tubular body 7 of oblong cross-section whose end opposite the plate is closed off by a bottom passed through by a pin 23, one end of which is equipped with a head 8 which is longer than the width of the body. According to the invention, it comprises a spring leaf 25 bearing on the bottom of the plate 3 on the side of the open end of the body, this leaf being passed through by the end of the pin 23 opposite that carrying the head 8, so that this end is translationally blocked with respect to the leaf 25, but capable of rotating with respect to the latter, the leaf 25 acting on the rod so as to press the head of the latter against the end wall of the tubular body 7.
