PURPOSE:To prevent V-shaped blocks from being damaged, noise from being produced and abnormal wear from occurring by connecting at least part of the V-shaped blocks rigidly to a pin as well as arranging rugged surfaces on all of the V-shaped blocks for preventing relative lateral displacements. CONSTITUTION:A V-shaped block 4 is made in a shape embracing link connection bodies 3 in the lateral direction and consists of block parts 4a and 4b divided with a bisectional surface of the width of a V-groove 8 of a pulley. After press-fitting both ends of a pin 1 into respective dead-end holes 4c and 4d, the block parts 4a and 4b are joined together with a weld 5 so that each of the V-shaped blocks 4 in rigidly connected to the pin 1. The V-shaped block 4 is further provided on its either side with a recess 6 and a projection 7 respectively extending in the longitudinal direction of link connection bodies 3 so that the V-shaped blocks 4 prevent each other from displacing laterally in the longitudinal direction of the pin 1 by means of mutual fitting of the recess 6 and the projection 7.
