PURPOSE:To simplify a device and to facilitate the maintenance by cooling an electromagnetic coil arranged in a core made of stainless steel by cooling water supplied in the case and also, cooling a copper tube by spray nozzles in a bore part of the case. CONSTITUTION:The case 3 made of stainless steel is arranged in an outside casing 2, which supports the copper tube 1, and the electromagnetic coil 4 is arranged therein 3. Further, nozzles 7 are formed under suitable interval at periphery direction in the bore part of the case 3 made of stainless steel. By supplying the cooling water in the case 3, at the same time, the electromagnetic coil 4 and the copper tube 1 is efficiently cooled. In this way, the compact apparatus is obtd.
