PURPOSE:To enable a reserved user to use the access right of a shared device with priority by securing such a constitution where said access right can be reserved by the time and the warning information is delivered in case the shared device is used by another user at the reserved time point. CONSTITUTION:In case a user A is using a shared device even at a reserved time point of a user B, a warning circuit 100 delivers the warning onto a network via an output interface circuit 20 and a network interface 1 to inform the user A to stop quickly the use of the shared device. In this case, the circuit 100 always monitors the using situation of the device through a comparator 60 and therefore decides that the user A impinges upon the reserved time of the user B. |
