PURPOSE:To make the pitch of an individual electrode smaller than ever, and to make a sensor element into high density, by taking out the output line of the individual electrode to both sides by every n(N>=2)-number of bits alternately, and providing a pad part respectively at a common electrode corresponding to the individual electrode by every n-number of bits. CONSTITUTION:The output lines 4 of plural number of individual electrodes arranged at a photoelectric conversion part 1 are taken out by every n(n>=2)-number of bits to the both sides alternately. Also, a common electrode 3 is arranged facing alternately with the individual electrodes 2 by every n-number of bits, and each common electrode 3 is connected with a connection part 3a arranged between the individual electrodes 2. Furthermore, a pad part 3b is formed in one body with the common electrode 3. When light is made incident to the photoelectric transducing part 1, a resistance between the individual electrode 2 and the common electrode 3 is varied corresponding to a light quantity, and a corresponding current flows through between them, and the current flows to a transfer circuit connected to a pad 6 through the output line 4. At such a time, when a disconnection is generated at the connection part 3a of the common electrode 3, a correction by connecting between the pad part 3b with wire bonding, etc., can be performed.
