PURPOSE:To improve runnability by providing a magnetic layer on one face side of a base and a layer contg. a specific compd. on the other face side. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic layer is provided on one face side of the base and the layer contg. the compd. expressed by the following general formula is provided on the other face side. Since the compd. has a fatty acid group having excellent affinity to a binder component in the molecule thereof, the compd. has good compatibility with the binder component. Particularly R1 is a satd. or unsatd. hydrocarbon group of 7-21C as R1COO is, for example, a residual satd. fatty acid group such as capryl, capric, lauryl, myristyl, palmityl, stearyl or behenyl or residual unsatd. fatty acid group such as sommeryl, oleyl, linolic, linolenic or gadoleyl. The excellent lubricity is thus obtd. even under wide conditions from low to high temp. |
