发明名称 HANG-OVER MEASURING CIRCUIT FOR VOICE DETECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately measure the hang-over time by generating a hang-over pulse having a consecutive time coincident with the hang-over time from an output of a voice detector and ANDing the hang-over pulse and the clock pulse so as to measure the number of the clock pulses generated in the hang-over time. CONSTITUTION:An output of a voice detection section 2 of the voice detector 11 and an output of a hang-over addition section 3 are inputted to the hang-over pulse generating circuit 4, from which the hang-over pulse rising at the leading of the output of the voice detection section 2 and descending at the trailing of the output of the hang-over addition section is generated and outputted to an AND circuit 6. Further, a clock pulse generating circuit 5 generates a clock pulse having a sufficiently shorter period than that of the hang-over time and gives the pulse to the AND circuit 6. Then the AND circuit 6 ANDs the hang- over pulse outputted from the hang-over pulse generating circuit 4 and the clock pulse outputted from the clock pulse generating circuit 5 and outputs the result to the 1st counter circuit 7.
