The invention relates to a method for measuring the surface temperature of the transparent inner door 14 closing off a thermostatically controlled enclosure 10 and for regulating the internal temperature, which enclosure is furthermore provided with an outer door 20 which is applied, in the closed position, over the inner door. The method consists in continuously measuring the surface temperature of the inner door 14 by means of a temperature sensor 26 which is integrated into the outer door 20 of the enclosure and which is applied onto the inner door when the outer door is closed, and, when the temperature detected is found to be lower than the normal temperature of the enclosure, in reheating the interior of the latter. <IMAGE>
