CONSTITUTION:By a rotation of rotating bodies 6, 7, the upper part of a molten solder S moves slowly in the direction as indicated with an arrow C, and a solder oxide Ox floating on its liquid surface Sa is also carried in the direction as indicated with an arrow (c). The solder oxide Ox is transferred in the direction as indicated with an arrow (b), contacts reducing agent Re of a chemical substance floating on a solder bath surface in the downstream side of the rotating body, reduced and becomes its original solder, moves in the direction as indicated with an arrow (d) as it is and returned into a solder bath S. As for the reducing agent Re, rosin, etc. containing a surface active agent are used. According to this device, that which has been brought to a chemical treatment and that which has not been treated are replaced, a suspended matter always contacts an active chemical substance, and the chemical treatment can be attained effectively.
