PURPOSE:To quicken and simplify production of a mold and to prevent generation of cracking by forming wider possessing sectional area of runner-composing part than area of a sprue part and also dividing the runner-composing part by a sheltering plate at horizontally toward runner direction. CONSTITUTION:The horizontal runner 12 is mode to be wider than the sprue part 5 to save molten metal. The vertical runner 11 is divided by the sheltering plate 8 at halfway thereof. By using such composing mold pattern, a lost-wax mold is produced as following process. After coating 13 the mold coating material to the upper and lower molds, a part of the mold shell 13 is broken to take out the sheltering plate 8, and the upper mold and the lower mold, which are laid under wax layer 3, are easily separated toward each partition face direction by dewaxing. In this way, the mold is rapidly produced. |
