PURPOSE:To obtain an Ni welding material for hard facing having excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance and good weldability by specifying essential components and the components of impurities. CONSTITUTION:This Ni welding material for hard facing contains, by weight %, 1.5-3% C, 0.5-2% Si, 5-15% Mo, 25-35% Cr, 0.001-0.02% Al, and/or 0.003-0.05% Ti, <=0.05% Al+Ti, and 0.5-5% Fe as the essential component. The material is controlled to <=0.1% Mn, <=0.05% P, <=0.05% S, <=0.05% O2, <=0.1% M2 and <=0.005% H2 as the impurities and consists of the balance Ni and other unavoidable impurities. |
