<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the power loss and make a device compact by setting a pilot room for unloading in a pressure compensating valve, and connecting the pilot room for unloading to a hydraulic pump/a tank for pilot, through a changeover valve. CONSTITUTION:In a pressure compensating valve 8, a pilot room 48 for unloading is set, and this pilot room 48 for unloading and a hydraulic pump 4/a tank for pilot are interlocked with each other through a changeover valve 56. In this way, the power loss can be reduced, as the fluid in an exhaust line can be unloaded under a low pressure and less engine torque is required when the engine is started. Moreover, the device can be made compact because the fluid in the exhaust line is unloaded through the unload line of the pressure compensating valve 8.</p> |
