The invention relates to a device for packaging the constituents of extemporaneous medicinal solutions which can be administered by spraying. This device comprises: A bottle 1 closed by a valve, acting as a reservoir of solvent and of propellent gas; A bottle 16 closed by at least one valve 18 acting as reservoir for the active principle and intended to contain the extemporaneous medicinal solution, the said valves 3 and 18 being of the automatic closure type and their opening being controlled respectively by the buttons 13, 13'; A guide part 24 capable of being mounted so as to slide on the neck of the bottle 16, this part comprising a tubular sleeve for the buttons 13 and 13' to fit in coaxial alignment. The two bottles have a configuration such that they can at a given instant contain a pressurised liquid. <IMAGE>
