摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the resistance of a low pressure moving blade for a steam turbine to cavitation erosion at the tip of the blade made of a Co alloy by subjecting the moving blade to packing treatment (cementation). CONSTITUTION:Powder of a metal such as Al, Cr or Si is mixed with ceramic powder of Al2O3 for preventing the seizing of the metallic powder and NH4Cl powder as a reaction activator. A low pressure moving blade for a turbine is buried in the powdery mixture and subjected to packing treatment (cementation) by heating to a prescribed temp. Thus, the resistance of the moving blade to cavitation erosion at the tip of the blade made of a Co alloy is improved.
