PURPOSE:To prevent noise, abnormal wear and transmission loss from being produced by making a starting point, in a radially outward direction of a pulley, of a tapered escapement part arranged on a V-shaped block to the located outside a pitch line and in the radially outward direction of a pulley. CONSTITUTION:A starting point A of a tapered escapement part 4a radially outward of a pulley and arranged on a V-shaped block 4 is located outside a pitch line P by a distance of DELTAl as an estimated maximum manufacturing error of the V-shaped block 4. As a result, even if the starting point A is displaced radially inward toward the pulley due to the manufacturing error of the V-shaped block, the starting point A cannot be located radially inside of the pitch line P and the V-shaped block 4 does not interfere with a neighboring V-shaped block 4 when they are within a V-groove 5.
