PURPOSE:To make it easy to inspect, disassemble, assemble at the manufacturing process, and so on, a speed change operation mechanism, by setting detachably a speed change pawl, the speed change operation mechanism, a shifter case adapted to cover such as a shifter, in a running motion transmission gear which can be used as the running equipment of such as a combine. CONSTITUTION:When a speed change operation mechanism 8 is moved in the direction of a speed change shaft 4, by operating a shifter 9, a speed change pawl 7 is engaged with a target speed change gear 3, and the preset speed-change can be selected by the engaging transmission between a transmission gear 1 and said speed change gear 3. This speed change transmission is transmitted to a wheel shaft 5, in form of a transmitted running motion. Attachment/detachment of the speed change operation mechanism 8 are performed by attaching/detaching a shifter case 10, respectively. When this shifter case 10 is detached from the surface of a transmission case 6, the shifter 9 is also detached with the case 10 as an integrated one body, and the inside speed change operation mechanism 8 is exposed as projecting from the outer side surface of the transmission case 6. Then, when said exposed speed change operation mechanism 8 is pulled out from this state, the speed change operation mechanism 8 can be detached, as the speed change pawl 7 is disengaged from the speed change gear 3.
