Electric implement is constructed by impregnating a thermosetting resin into an electric insulation layer loosely wound around the implement. Photohardening resin is then deposited on the surface of the impregnated resin. The photohardening resin is polyhydric alcohol(meth acrylic ester or (meth) arcylic ester of polyester oligomer having an OH gp.. The thermosetting resin may be an epoxy resin. USE/ADVANTAGE for a transformer or rotor coil, etc. Void spaces do not appear in the insalation layer, and safety, sanitary and environmental pollution aspects can be improved.
