PURPOSE:To reduce a molding of excellent quality by improving long run tendency during melt molding, by melt-molding a mixture of a specified polyolefin resin composition with an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a polyolefin resin (a) (e.g., PE of a MI at 210 deg.C or 0.1-15) produced by using a Ziegler catalyst and having an olefin content >=90mol% and a chlorine content of 1-300ppm with a hydrotalcite compound of the formula (wherein M is Mg, Ca or Zn, E is CO3 or HPO4, x, y and z are positive numbers and a is 0 or a positive number) in an amount of from 1/2mol per mol of the chlorine in component (a) (an amount at least equimolar to the residual chlorine) to 0.5wt% based on component (a) is melt-molded and pelletized to obtain a polyolefin resin composition (A). Composition A is mixed with 0.1-40wt% etylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate (B) of an ethylene content of 20-80mol% and a degree of saponification >=90mol% and the resulting mixture is melt-molded at 160-260 deg.C. |
