PURPOSE:To easily produce the titled microorganism having high protease- secretion activity at a low cost, by culturing a microbial strain B-6-4J in a medium composed of an inorganic salt medium, glucose, yeast extract, casamino acid, CaCl2 and unconditioned soya milk under specific condition under stirring. CONSTITUTION:Leaves or stalks of various vegetables are washed with water, cut to small pieces, put into unconditioned soya milk and cultured at 45 deg.C for 24hr under shaking. The proliferated microorganisms are purified by repeating cumulative culture several times to obtain a microbial strain B-6-4J (FERM P-8626). The microbial strain is cultured in a medium composed of an inorganic salt medium, glucose, yeast extract, casamino acid, CACl2 and 2-5% unconditioned soya milk at 45 deg.C for 24-35hr under shaking to obtain the objective microorganism having high protease-secretion activity. |
