Device for checking flashes (fins, burrs) on rotationally symmetrical parts

A description is given of a device for automatically checking fins on rotationally symmetrical parts, which has the following features in accordance with the invention: The part to be tested can be mounted on a transparent mandrel. A first light source projects onto a spatially resolving sensor the outer contour of the part to be tested, which rotates a rotary device about the axis of symmetry. A second light source projects the inner contour of the part to be tested in the direction of the axis of symmetry onto a second spatially resolving sensor. An image evaluation device compares the output signal of the spatially resolving sensors with the desired signal which is produced by a faultless part.
