PURPOSE:To obtain a high photovoltage by forming a conductive layer on an oxide of a specific composition. CONSTITUTION:A conductive layer is formed on an oxide of a composition expressed by (Pb1-xAx)2(Cr1-yBy)O5, wherein 0<x<0.95, 0<y<0.95, A denotes at least one of Sr, Ba and Ca and B denotes at lest one of W, Mn and Mo. If (x) and (y) in the above composition are within the range less 0.95, a photovoltage is induced and it shows a high value if they are within the range of 0.2-0.8. |
