WASHING OF HOT MARKING EQUIPMENT

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a nozzle or a pipe for a long period of time, by washing the passage for the coating material in hot marking equipment with a solution of sulfonamide or orthophosphoric acid in water. CONSTITUTION:A 5-40% sulfonamide solution in water or a 15-80% orthophosphoric acid solution in water is circulated in the passage for the coating material in hot marking equipment used for, e.g., a piece of steel, to remove by washing the coating material which is composed mainly of phosphates and has stuck to the inside of the passage.
