PURPOSE:To decrease a transferred information quantity by transferring the correcting information in accordance with the difference part between a text file before correction and a text file after correction to a host computer. CONSTITUTION:The same text file before correction as the text file stored into a host computer 1 by a terminal equipment 3 is corrected, the text file after correction is obtained, the text file before correction and the text file after correction are compared and the difference part is detected. Next, the correcting information to correct the text file stored into the host computer 1 in accordance with the difference part is prepared, the correcting information is transferred to the host computer 1 and the text file stored into the host computer 1 is corrected. Thus, the terminal equipment 3 transfers the transaction file prepared from the correcting part to the host computer 1, and therefore, the transferring information quantity is decreased and the charges for the use of a communicating line are made sufficiently low-printed.
