PURPOSE:To form a small-sized analog signal switch with excellent reliability, less power consumption and counter electromotive force and fast response speed by constituting the switch by an input circuit, an output stage buffer amplifier and a selection control circuit. CONSTITUTION:Assuming an on-resistance of a FET switch 12 be Ron and an off-resistance of a FET switch 22 as Roff when the FET switch 12 is turned on and the FET switch 22 is turned off by a selection control signal from the selection control circuit 13, and assuming input potentials of buffer amplifiers 11, 21 as V1, V2, then the transmitted potential V01 from the potential V1 and the potential V02 from the potential V2 at a buffer amplifier 14 are nearly V1 and '0', respectively. The reduction in the transmission potential from the potential V1 is less and the input potential of the buffer amplifier 14 is not almost affected by the potential of the FET switch 22.
