A purification method for monoclonal antibody is prepd. Thus, the chromatog. purifn. of monoclonal antibody IgM is achieved on a 0.46 X 250mm wide-pore polyethyleneimine(PEI)-siliae gel column (5.25-μm particles, 330-A pore size) with essentially baseline resoln. by using a 60-min linear gradient from 0.01 M K phosphate, pH 6.73, to 0.25 M K phosphate, pH 6.80 at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.
