PURPOSE:To simplify a constitution and to prevent the mistake of call switching by judging the identification coincidence and the mode by the first dialing and transmitting the signal of monitor mode by the number of times of receiving of calling sound signals corresponding to the second dialing. When calling sound signals are generated more in the number of times than preset identification number of times for load control by re-dialing telephone number of the control side, a load control signal Vf that inverts the state of operation of a load 11 is outputted from the third number of times judging means 6 at a point of time when calling sound signals corresponding to the second dialing are received seven times. Thereby, the latching relay of a load control means 7 is inverted and an operation detection signal is inputted to a reply control means 9. The reply control means 9 controls a replying means 10 to return an operation confirmation signal to the control side.
