This invention relates to the manufacturing method of bobbins which are used for winding the yarn. The wooden tapered bar of roll of thin wood board is digested in the thermoplastic solution and dried. After this process this bar is placed in a heat forming press for hardening by heating at 140-150≦̸C and form pressing for 2-3 minutes to obtain a raw material for bobbins.
