PURPOSE:To simplify the work at the installation and to facilitate the layout change by using a radio for the transmission system to display message information onto a remote display panel. CONSTITUTION:Message information is inputted from an operation section 8 and input information is displayed on a display section 7 of an encoder via a control section 3. Thus, the transmission is attained while confirming that no error exists in the input information. The control section 3 decodes the message and sends it to the display section 7, converts it into a signal format and sends the result to a modulation section 4. The message signal fed to the modulation section 4 modulates a sub carrier, a transmission section 5 uses the modulated sub carrier to modulate a main carrier and the result is sent from an antenna 6 as a radio wave.
