PURPOSE:To dry a liquid raw material, liquid soluble and broth obtained from an aquatic animal and fish intestines thereof without decomposing various amino acids, vitamins, proteins, etc., by vacuum drying the liquid raw material, etc., at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:A raw material fed from a raw material receiving hopper 1 through a raw material tank 3 and divided and contained in raw material tanks 5 and 6 is fed to a vacuum dryer at a constant rate. The interior of the vacuum dryer 7 by a vacuum pump 11 and steam is fed into a steam chamber 10 and shaft 9 to vacuum dry the raw material at <=60 deg.C while transferring the raw material by rotation of agitating blades provided at the shaft 9. The resultant dried powdery or granular material is roughly crushed by a crusher 20 and then contained in product tanks 14 and 15 by a distribution conveyor 13. |
