A bobbin composed of a core tube having catch recesses in the end region and of two bobbin flanges, each of which engages with a hub sleeve into the core tube and with noses of the hub sleeve into the catch recesses of the core tube. The technical problem is to provide a bobbin which can be dismantled without impairing the stability. The noses (6) are seated on flexible tongues (5) of the hub sleeve (4), the said tongues (5) being cut free in the axial direction, and a plug (10) can be pushed into the hub sleeve (4) and clamps the tongues (6) firmly in the catch position. <IMAGE>
