The production of TCLF comprises (a) transplanting the human cell capable of producing TCLF into a warm-blooded animal except the human or culturing them within a device which can supply them with a body fluid of a warm-blooded animal except the human, (b) inducing TCLF by exposing the grown cells to the TCLF inducer, (c) collecting the accumulated TCLF and purifying. The human cell contains BALL-1, Namalwa, CCRF-SB, TALL-1, MOLT-3, NALL-1, MOno-1, JBL, EBV-HO, etc.
