PURPOSE:To enable continuous take-up of carbon fiber and delivery to the next step, by placing an openable divided stopper and a movable wooly fiber receptor having a number of ventilation holes below a centrifugal spinning apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Carbon raw material 2 sprayed through a rotary nozzle 5 is allowed to flow out in fine fibrous form and formed to wooly carbon fiber 1 at an outer wall 7. When the carbon fiber is accumulated on the wall, an openable divided stopper 20 is opened to drop the carbon fiber lump into a receptor 22 until the receptor is filled with the fiber, when it is removed and replaced with the next empty receptor.
