PURPOSE:To rotate the picture data of a video rate by an optional angle with a simple device by providing a pair of picture memory parts and a pair of picture processing parts and giving affine conversion to the picture data supplied continuously to output them. CONSTITUTION:A picture memory part 1 rotates input video rate continuous pictures by 90 deg.. These rotated pictures are shifted in parallel by (sintheta X y) corresponding to the value of (y) in the direction (x) by a magnification/ reduction/parallel shift part 2 with costheta multiple. Then a picture memory part 3 rotates the pictures by -90 deg.. Finally a magnification/reduction/parallel shift part 4 multiplies the pictures by 1/costheta in the direction (x) and shifts them in parallel by (sintheta/costheta) X y corresponding to the value of (y). In such a way, the video rate pictures inputted continuously are rotated in a range of -60-60 deg.. |
