PURPOSE:To secure the contact position of the legs of a coil filament and lead wires highly accurately, and hold them securely to weld firmly, by guiding the legs to a specific contact position with a guide device and regulating the positioning accurately when the coil filament is transferred to the contacting positions to the lead wires by a chuck device. CONSTITUTION:On the way of transferring a coil filament 5 as a vacuum chuck device 1 goes back, both legs 5b, 5b of the coil filament 5 are guided by guide arms 11, 11 of a guide device, and transferred while sliding with the guide arms 11, 11. When the coil filament 5 is transferred in the horizontal direction by a vacuum chuck device 1, the legs 5b, 5b are held by the guide arms 11, 11, and holding arms 12, 12. Therefore, the highly accurate positioning of the legs 5b, 5b can be done, and their contacting positions to the lead wires 6, 6 can be regulated firmly.
