CONSTITUTION:A read current is conducted to either one of transistors Tr1 and Tr2 through a read current switching circuit, If the significantly ringing current is conducted to the Tr1, its waveform at the time of the rise of a sense output signal line 3 becomes ringing without a voltage clamp circuit 23. However, a constant voltage V1 decided by a current from a current source Ic1 and a resistance R3 is supplied to the double emitter TrQ1 of the potential clamp circuit 23, and the potentials of the sense output signal lines 3 and 4 are clamped at a potential decided by the V1, whereby the potential ends up being a ring-free waveform.
