PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated piezoelectric element having no burr nor separation and to crack by cutting a green sheet in a predetermined size before press- bonding to eliminate adverse influence due to the cutting. CONSTITUTION:A green sheet 9 is placed on a metal mold 1. An inner electrode 10 is formed on the side face of the sheet 9, an upper punch 5 which a silicone rubber plate 6 having an elasticity is bonded is moved down, and pressed to the mold 1 by a suitable pressure. Then, the sheet 9 is cut in a predetermined size and shape between the edge of a punch hole 3 and a silicone rubber plate 4 to drop on a lower punch 4. After this operation is repeated to laminate the sheets, a heating punch 7 is moved down from above, and the punch 4 is raised to press the sheets 9 laminated on the punch 4 and to heat it, thereby thermally press-bond them.
