PURPOSE:To form fine island regions having high density on the same plane by bonding a substrate and a material board, to the surfaces thereof irregular sections are shaped, so that mutual irregularities are superposed and removing a bonded surface and the reverse side at every fixed quantity. CONSTITUTION:Irregular sections are formed to the surfaces of a substrate 1 and a material board 2, glass particles 3 are deposited on the irregular surface of the substrate 1, and the irregular section of the material board 2 is superposed to the irregular section of the substrate 1 so as to be mutually combined, and sintered and melted, thus joining the substrate 1 and the material board 2. When the joint surface of the material board 2 and the reverse side are removed up to the positions of dot- dash lines 7, 8 island regions composed of the material of the substrate 1 can be shaped. When a groove is formed to the material board 2, a projecting section 12a in a third substrate 12 is joined and bonded with the groove and the material board 2 is removed up to the position of a dot-dash line 13, island regions consisting of the same materials as the substrate 1 and the material board 2 can be shaped on the same plane of the substrate 12.
