PURPOSE:To enable even compact and light parts to be securely arranged in order, transferred and located by providing a means for jetting air toward the downstream side on the way of a part transferring slant path while providing a vacuum pad on the downstream end of the part transferring path. CONSTITUTION:When compact and light parts 4 like IC packages are supplied to a furnishing port on the upper portion of a chuter 11, the parts 4 slide down along the inclination of the chuter 11 by its own weight. And after the parts 4 are forcibly sent out by air jetted from an air nozzle 14 connected to an air jet means 18 at the intermediate portion of the chuter 11, the parts 4 are arranged in order and guided by a feed guide 16 to reach a stopper 12. Since the stopper 12 is provided on the end with a vacuum pad 14 connected to an air sucking means 17, the parts 4 are vacuum adsorbed by the pad 13 to be securely located in a predetermined position. Thus even compact and light parts can be securely arranged in order, transferred and located. |
