PURPOSE:To simplify the alogrithm and to improve the efficiency and reliability of a system by using a process having a token to inform the transmission/ reception of messages and the command execution timing signals to all processes. CONSTITUTION:A token possessing process 300 sends the timing signals to all processes 301(1)-301(5) and each processing part of these processes performs transmission of messages and execution of received commands. At the same time, the process 300 receives the messages sent from other processes repetitively for a prescribed period of time. Then the transmission of messages and execution of commands are started at the processes excepting for the process 300 in response to reception of the timing signal. Here the process 300 is shifted to 302(2)-302(6) from 302(1) in terms of time. This ensures the resistance to faults and also simplify the algorithm to improve the efficiency and reliability of a system. |
