PRODUCTION DEVICE FOR CARBON FIBER BY CENTRIFUGAL SPINNING

PURPOSE:To take out fibers continuously without stopping a centrifugal spinning device, by setting a fiber guide duct at the side or the bottom of a centrifugal spinning part and laying a suction device opposingly to a guide opening through a meshy belt conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Fibers 11 which are jetted from a revolving spinning nozzle 5 and solidified are sucked from a suction duct 22 of a suction device 23 through a guide duct 21. Between both the ducts 21 and 22 is set a meshy belt conveyor 24 and the fibers 11 are accumulated on the belt conveyor 24. A lamellar fiber group 1 having desired thickness can be continuously obtained by changing the velocity of the belt conveyor.
